Users
Get an overview of all the users within your Lurch system. Find out how you can add users or how to adjust their user rights. Feel free to click on the button to navigate to your personal Users page in Lurch and continue reading for a step-by-step explanation.

Add User
Do you want profiles for all your staff so they can add reservations as well? Add users here:
Step 1: In your menu go to ‘Restaurant’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Users’.
Step 2: Click on the plus icon at the top right to add a new user.
Step 3: Add a user name, e-mail, password and indicate to which user group the new user belongs. Don’t forget to save.
Edit Users
To adjust a user’s setting, follow these steps:
Step 1: In your menu go to ‘Restaurant’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Users’.
Step 2: Click on the three dots followed by the pencil for the concerning user.
Step 3: Make the necessary adjustments and save the changes.
Adjust user rights
Would you like to adjust the user rights? This is done as follows:
Step 1: In your menu go to ‘Restaurant’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Users’.
Step 2: Click on the three dots followed by the pencil for the concerning user.
Step 3: Here you can select a new user group and save the changes.
Delete user
Permanently delete a user? This is easy:
Step 1: In your menu go to ‘Restaurant’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Users’.
Step 2: Click on the three dots followed by the rubbish bin for the concerning user.
Step 3: Confirm deleting the correct user and click on delete.
Extra's in Users
Users can only be deleted by ‘admins’ or ‘management’. If you’re in a staff account, you can only edit your own profile, not those of others. Additionally, Admin accounts cannot be deleted.
